The error in question, which some of the Cisco’s NetAcad users experience when accessing the exams, is this one, “You may have been idle on the current page for too long. Refresh the page to reset the session”. Before resolving that issue, let’s give a quick introduction about Cisco:

Cisco (Commercial & Industrial Security Corporation; ‘CSCO’ — Nasdaq) is an American-based multinational technology conglomerate corporation headquartered in San Jose, California. Cisco develops, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products. In the year 1997, Cisco introduced a networking academy(NetAcad) that has since dominated as being one of the top platforms globally for learning all things information technology, due to its high quality learning materials. As of the year 2022, Cisco’s NetAcad has over 2.3 currently enrolled students, with me being one of them :-)

Back to the issue at hand. To quickly fix the NetAcad error, follow the below solution, that will resolve that error for you to be to access your exams.

Resolving The Network Academy Link Issue:

Step 1: Disable ‘Enhanced Tracking Protection Mode’ as seen in the video above.

Set 2: Reload the browser and the issue should be fixed. — If that doesn’t help, repeat step 1 and also clear your browser cache to see if the issue will disappear. That’s it!

If you’ve correctly followed the above steps, you should now be able to access the resource link without experiencing any other issue.
